Izzy is the heart and soul of our herd. As the matriarch, she commands a quiet authority and sets the tone for the rest of the goats with her calm, steady presence. She’s a seasoned and reliable doe, often the first to approach visitors with a knowing glance that says she’s seen it all.
When it comes to milking, Izzy is a star. Her udder is well-developed and easy to milk, producing rich, creamy milk with consistency. She’s patient on the stand and always seems to know the routine, making her a favorite among milkers.
Personality-wise, Izzy is confident and composed. She’s not overly dominant but everyone knows she’s the boss. She gets along well with the younger goats, often showing a nurturing side, and she’s excellent at diffusing herd tensions with just a look.
